ii. Why is prayer essential for us as believers?

iii. Why do you think the Bible says we do not need to be anxious about anything?

iv. Some people say God does not answer every prayer. Discuss this idea. Why do they say that? Do you believe it is true?

v. How is prayer like a conversation with God?

vi. What keeps people from praying about everything?

e. YOUR STORY: Share a recent experience about spending time with God in prayer.

f. APPLICATION: Either we pray or we don’t. Create a specific action plan for daily prayer. Write your requests in a notebook or journal and then record answers. How will you be accountable for your plan?
